What are your hours?
Sessions are scheduled Tuesday – Friday, 9am – 4pm.
Current availability can be discussed during your phone consultation.
How often and for how long will we meet?
Trauma/anxiety processing sessions: When beginning, most benefit from scheduling weekly or every 2 weeks. However, this can be flexible, based on your needs.
Neurofeedback sessions: It’s necessary to meet weekly, for a minimum of 20 sessions, before tapering frequency of sessions. This gives the brain enough practice towards a new default of improved regulation and resiliency.
No matter the method used, how long we meet is highly individual and is influenced by many factors. You can let me know once you no longer feel the need to schedule.
During your phone consultation, we’ll create an individualized plan together based on your needs and situation.
How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 55 minutes. Upon request, intensive 85-minute sessions are helpful for deeper processing.
Do you provide telehealth sessions?
Most choose to meet in person.
I offer telehealth sessions for trauma/anxiety processing sessions upon request, for Minnesota residents. This is a great option when travel is difficult (e.g., distance, weather, lack of transportation).
Neurofeedback sessions are in person only.
How do I pay for sessions?
All major credit cards are accepted, including Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
Superbill receipts are offered to submit to your insurance for out-of-network fee reimbursement, upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Scheduled sessions are reserved for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours of notice is required. The full session fee is charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.
In the case of emergency or illness, I will make an attempt to reschedule your appointment the same week or add an additional appointment the following week, if possible.
Telehealth sessions are also an option in the case of severe weather or transportation issues.
How do I begin working with you?
The best way to reach me is by filling out my contact form. From there, we can set up a free 15-minute phone consultation.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first appointment, or I can help you connect with someone who might be a better fit.

We’ll discuss how we’ll work together and you can ask me any questions.
Do you work with kids?
